How does it work?

The core staff responsible in supporting a launch of a new Hunters Office, are all still working, albeit from their homes. That doesn’t mean we can’t still get you prepared and launched under the Hunters banner.

Using online technology platforms such as Microsoft Teams, we are currently hosting virtual meetings, so you can discuss the changeover with each department head, as we normally would before any decisions are made.

From there, if you think becoming part of the network is for you, we would enter the soft-launch phase, with all departments working with you to get you set-up on our systems, training platform and agree a launch marketing plan.

Whilst government restrictions are in place, we can’t get out to physically rebrand any store fronts, but digitally and from an operations perspective, everything else can be done remotely to get you launched.

What are the benefits of joining now?

The day you become a Hunters branch, you will receive the same benefits now as you would if we launched the normal way.

As a brand we invest heavily in four key areas: marketing, technology, training and communication. What that means is when you join Hunters, a lot of the things that take you time as a business owner, are taken care for you.

As well as benefitting in these four areas, we will help you lower your costs through our network buying power and increase your income.

During lockdown, we are communicating with our franchise partners daily, hosting bi-weekly webinars and offering full marketing support so you can best run your business through the pandemic. This crazy period began to worry the hell out of me to be honest, as the sole Director, having never been through any ‘bad times’ in business, I felt somewhat alone, and wondered if, when I closed my office on Monday 23rd March, that would be it! Feeling alone didn’t last long, as the support, advice and frequent contact from Head Office has been amazing!

Glynis’ and Andy’s webinars have been extremely useful and encouraging, Ed’s advice and especially his help with the CBILS application, Adam’s social media Zoom meetings are incredibly insightful and Jayne’s whatsapp updates have been brilliant. I want to thank Jayne too for being such a supportive voice whenever I’ve needed it (and there’s been a few times)! The marketing (on social media) has been great, other agents have been complimenting me on it, when really the praise is for Pernilla and her team.

As Andy said earlier this week, it does feel like we’re turning a bit of a corner, and I feel in a completely different place to what I did, and that is largely down to the support from everyone at Hunters, and the benefits of being part of the network, which are being felt like never before.
