Routes to joining Hunters

Across our entire network we have a range of estate and letting agents who have joined us from a background in property or business but also with wide ranging experiences including financial services, legal and many more. We have many routes to starting with us, and we can be flexible to meet your needs.

Hunters Personal

If you have estate agency experience we can get you opened and operating under the Hunters brand very quickly and with little hassle. We’d expect within the first few months of opening that you undertake The Property Franchise Groups Training Academy where you will learn the Hunters way which allows you to drive income, fees and your business as well as complementing your existing experience in property.

Have no property experience? Don’t worry we have a route for you too. Our expert team at Head Office will work with you to make sure before you open and operate your territory, that you have completed the full mandatory training and are an accredited estate agent. This is a minimum requirement as we pride ourselves on customer experience and need to know anybody valuing, selling and letting knows the ins and outs of property and can uphold our high standards.

Hunters Pioneer

Are you ready to rebrand your existing high-street estate agency, or open a new high-street office? We’ve been franchising this way for over 15 years and are still looking to expand our high-street presence and build on our traditional estate agency model. Whilst we are not actively recruiting, should the right opportunity be there for us, we will have the conversation with you on how we can get you launched.
